She has the natural talent of connecting with and providing creative legal strategies for our medium to high net worth clients. She encourages reasonable settlements in complex family and divorce matters. However, if necessary, she will devote whatever time and effort is needed to fully protect her clients in court. Leena had the rare honour of appearing before the British Columbia Court of Appeal in the first year of her Call in a highly complex and disputed family matter. She was a semi-finalist at the Canadian national Mediation Advocacy in 2009, earning invaluable experience in client relations, negotiation and advocacy. She and Sumit Ahuja lead MLG’s immigration team and provide updates and valuable information relating to immigration. Prior to joining MacLean Law Group, Leena worked for various governmental, non-profit and private law firms. She is absolutely committed to providing the highest quality of service to her clients. Leena speaks Farsi and English fluently, and Spanish intermediately. During her free time, Leena climbs the B.C. mountains with her parents, travels and practices Yoga.
