Jennifer Lin is fluent in Cantonese and works out of our Surrey Flagship Law office located at 152nd and #10 Highway assisting our family law, personal injury and criminal law clients.
She graduated from the University of Victoria Law School in 2010.
During her time at UVic, she enrolled in the Law Centre clinical term,where she handled Family, Criminal and Civil Law files and earned theLegal Aid Clinic Prize for excellence.
Jennifer subsequently articled with a criminal law firm in downtown
Toronto, where she gained considerable courtroom experience in complex
criminal matters ranging from tax fraud to murder. She is happy to be back
in B.C. as a valued associate at the MacLean Family Law Group and enjoys conducting trials including her week long Family law and Divorce trial in Fort St John.
Jennifer speaks Cantonese and French, and is learning Mandarin to better
serve our Chinese speaking clients in Vancouver and Surrey. In her spare
time, she enjoys cycling and reading.
