		<description>if a woman owned the house before she started living common law and the male only paid a basic rent (although he did contribute to maintanence of the home) how much is he entiltled to upon disolution of relationship? The couple had been cohabitating for 5 years, The woman had owned it from her previous marriage and only her name is on the mortgage</description>
