It has been my experience that Spousal Support in B.C. is the new welfare system and our judges are penalizing worker to support those whom choose not to work whether that spouse is guilty of spousal misconduct or not and B.C. Suprme Court Judges are not interested in getting to the truth as it might mean that the spouse getting support will not receive any money.
